ABOVE ALL
Aventine is located in the Shadyside section of Edgewater in Bergen County, New Jersey. This upper middle class area is part of what is known as the New Jersey Gold Coast. It is bordered to the west by the New Jersey Palisades and to the east by the Hudson River. Every Aventine residence offers stunning views across the Hudson of Manhattan’s Upper West Side. These views, which sweep north to the George Washington Bridge and south to Midtown Manhattan’s skyscrapers, can also be enjoyed along Edgewater’s River Walk, a 3.5 mile landscaped promenade.

For those who prefer to drive, the Lincoln Tunnel is 10 minutes away and the George Washington Bridge is 10 minutes away.

Established in 1990, Architectura maintains a staff of 20 at its main office in Edgewater, NJ. An affiliated firm, Junglim Architecture, based in South Korea, undertakes architecture and urban design projects overseas. Aventine, named for one of the seven hills on which ancient Rome was built, is a boutique luxury condominium with 34 two and three bedroom residences that range from 1,825 to 2,900 square feet. The majority of the residences are duplexes and there are two 2,002 square foot penthouses, each of which features a 740 square-foot terrace. Residences on the ground floor feature garden patios that range from 150 to 300 square feet. All residences offer stunning views across the Hudson River to Manhattan.
Aventine offers on-site parking within the building. A virtual doorman system ensures secure access for residents as well as screening of guests and deliveries. Aventine, designed by the architectural firm Architectura, has been constructed with green features and technology that not only mitigate damage to the environment, but also provide energy efficiencies that benefit owners.
Aventine will be ready for occupancy in January, 2010.
